At Casey Quirk, Jeff has focused on solving key strategic challenges for traditional and alternative investment management firms. Jeff has experience helping clients develop US and global growth strategies, negotiate economic alignment structures, improve profitability through cost analysis and profit-driving initiatives, and benchmark business practices and investment capabilities.
Jeff is a co-author of Casey Quirk's 2009 whitepaper on the hedge fund industry, The Hedge Fund of Tomorrow: Building an Enduring Firm and has made substantial contributions to Casey Quirk's economic and alignment framework.
Prior to joining Casey Quirk in 2008, Jeff was a Senior Analyst at NERA Economic Consulting, where he analyzed complex economic disputes in the antitrust and intellectual property practice areas. Jeff has substantial experience conducting quantitative and qualitative research, managing research teams and designing surveys. Jeff also interned in structured finance at MBIA and as a portfolio assistant at a $200 million equity market-neutral hedge fund.
Jeff graduated with a B.A., summa cum laude, in Economics from Ithaca College and received his M.B.A. from the Yale School of Management.
