JEB B. DOGGETT, CFA JEB B. DOGGETT, CFA
Partner, Casey, Quirk & Associates

Jeb is a founding partner of Casey, Quirk & Associates. He has over 18 years of experience in the investment management industry. Jeb has broad experience advising senior management of traditional and alternative asset management firms on business strategy, including leading projects ranging from vision development and distribution strategy, to investment process assessment. Jeb also has experience advising firms in M&A strategy, due diligence, and post-merger integration. He has led much of the firm’s work on investment quality and product development, and he leads the firm’s work and research in asset management business financial benchmarking.

Jeb has co-authored several industry research papers, including Success in Investment Management: Building and Managing the Complete Firm (2000), Style is dead. Long live style! (2001), The Search for Investment Quality–A Survey of Investors, Consultants, and Managers (2003), 2005 Business Benchmarking Survey: Long-Term Incentive Alignment Drives Success (2006), and Crisis in Asset Management: Industry Profitability Under Siege (2008).

Prior to 2002, Jeb was a Managing Director of the Barra Strategic Consulting Group, where he was responsible for advising asset management firms on investment process quality and business strategy. Jeb gained significant experience working with both fundamental equity, quantitative equity, and fixed income investment firms, leading business plan development, and investment process assessment assignments.

Before joining BSCG in 1995, Jeb was a buy side Equity Research Analyst, covering metal companies, at State Street Research & Management Company in Boston, Massachusetts. He also spent five years as an insurance Equity Analyst at Alex Brown & Sons, Inc. in Baltimore, Maryland.

Jeb graduated with a B.A. in Computer and English from Trinity College. He holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Cornell University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
