Jake works with Casey Quirk's senior team in developing business and marketing strategies for both traditional and alternative investment management firms; assisting with market assessment, financial modeling, due diligence, and industry research. His areas of specialization include high net worth investment management, alternative investment product development, and distribution strategy.
Prior to joining Casey Quirk in 2011, Jake was a marketing strategy consultant for Morgan Stanley, working on capital markets integration projects related to the Morgan Stanley Smith Barney joint venture. Prior to Morgan Stanley, he worked in sales and marketing for Rochdale Investment Management in both San Francisco and New York City. At Rochdale, he was responsible for private client business development in the western U.S. and assisted with due diligence research, launched marketing, and distribution strategy for the firm's flagship core alternative fund-of-funds product. In addition to his business development responsibilities, Jake led a firm-wide strategic rebranding effort, re-developing and re-positioning Rochdale's global marketing message, web presence, and pitch collateral. Jake began his career as an analyst for the NBA's San Antonio Spurs Sports & Entertainment Group.
Jake graduated with a B.S. in Finance from Trinity University in San Antonio and is a CFA Level III candidate.
